2016 Melbourne Guitar Concerts , Thomas Lorenzo.

I am happy to announce my next round of Melbourne Guitar concerts to be held in Armadale this coming year 2016.

It is my intention, throughout these Melbourne guitar concerts, to share with my beloved music friends, joyful creativity. This is what I believe music is all about. Music is a creation we all have access to. It is a gift we must treasure and may use to express ourselves.

I believe that no matter what we express through music, our personal end result should be that of joy. This can only occur when the overall objective is to share, with the listener, emotions that  can be understood by them.

I feel that, as in life, we can complain about a problem or address it,  and find a solution. Musical complaints are a narcissist expression and may not feel good to the listener. Jazz can easily fall into this category. The great artists as Miles Davis, Coltrane, West Montgomery express complex emotions that feel just great. Most jazz does not, hence that is why great artists are great and others are lovely background music.

So are my concerts background music . Nope!!!!!!!
